At Grit Athlete we don’t make excuses when it comes to fitness; we intimately understand the daily rigors and stressors of tough jobs, limited time, and limited equipment. Rather than choosing to let fitness suffer because of these, we offer solutions to realize results. Whether training in the gym, at home, or while on duty, on base, or at the firehouse, our workouts follow a classic GPP format engineered to maintain a ready-state fitness that will keep you safe, having fun, and realizing results for long-term health and performance.

We keep things simple in terms of format – and simple doesn’t mean easy. We meticulously balance all of our workout components and their volume to make sure we do not over-tax a specific muscle group or movement function multiple days in a row. This precision allows us to train smarter, recover more fully, train harder each session, and help our athletes realize greater results.

Our programming has been tested and proven in the CrossFit affiliate setting, the home gym, and while on duty at the firehouse. Everything we program is something we have either done prior to delivering it to you, or will do beside you.

AFFILIATE

Programming for gym owners and coaches featuring meticulous class plans that include detailed timelines, intended stimulus for the day, modifications, teaching progressions, warm ups, skill work, accessory work, and cool downs for each class.

ATHLETTE

Comprehensive workout plans designed for athletes working out with a full gym at home, or at a gym outside of class time. This track includes detailed timelines, modifications, warm ups, progressions, skill work, additional accessory work, and cool downs.

ON DUTY

This is the first program of it’s kind.
Designed by on duty tactical athletes looking to stay fit while staying operationally ready, this program is something we are extremely proud to offer the first responder and military communities. With over 6 years of data, trial, and error to back up its effectiveness, this is the premiere program for any tactical athlete training while on duty.

AT HOME

Our program designed for those athletes working out in their garage, living room, or back yard with limited time and equipment. Each session is designed to be completed in under 50 minutes and get you fit without needing to make it to the gym.
