We have a few different movements today that we haven’t seen a lot of lately – farmer’s carries and deficit handstand push ups. Since we have been working a lot on double under technique lately, we are going to draw most of our skill focus towards handstand push ups and handstand walking today to give us a little more time under tension. In terms of time, the farmer’s carry should be taking us under 2 minutes. The double unders should be taking us under 1 minute, and the 4 deficit handstand push ups should be taking us under :30.
