2 Minute Row, easy (~40% max effort)

STIMULUS
Total time: 15 Minutes
White Board Brief:
We are looking at a different stimulus for this effort today. It’s been a little while since we did a single row or run. Additionally, we haven’t visited a workout where our score was our total distance bound by time. This workout comes to us from the makers of the Concept 2 ergometer (the proper name for “rowing machine”) who know a thing or two about rowing. They post a workout of the day, every day, in short, medium, and long-term time durations. Our workout comes from their 11/24/19 short workout. The big goal for today is finding our pace; we want a strong, fast pace that we can maintain just below our max effort that we can sustain for each of the 3 minute hard bouts. We will pay specific attention to our split time (time/500meters) and look to to this as our pace metric.
