3 Minute AMRAP
30 Double unders
15 Dumbbell push press (50lbs/35lbs)
– Rest 1 minute
– Score = total rounds and reps accumulated
Scaling Options
1. Double Unders
– :30 Double under test. Number complete and number for workout
Over 30: 30
12-16: 20
5-10: 10
– Competent at singles and working on doubles, 5 attempts
– Working towards single unders, follow same guidelines as above
2. Dumbbell push press
– Scale the load so that we can hold sets of 15 unbroken for at least the first 3 AMRAPS
– If we have an upper body injury on one side of our body, perform single arm DB push presses on the good arm
